Over the years, we have had the privilege of working with many quality employees.  I must say that the staff we have now is by far the best group of employees in all the 27 years I have owned the company.  In 2011 my husband and I had to take a 3 month break to tend to our teenager facing a major surgery.  Our employees handled everything for us and we came back to a better business then when we left.  Talk about taking ownership!  Glassical Designs actually grew during that time period which is a testimony to their dedication and loyalty.  While we pride ourselves in providing top quality crystal and glass trophies at very competitive prices and also our stellar graphic artists and design team, it truly is our customer service that keeps our customers coming back.  Our management team is irreplacable and we would not have felt comfortable taking the time we needed for our daughter without them. Jeff our Operations manager has been with us for 18 years and oversees everything from graphics to production.  His hard work and dedication spills over to the rest of our team.  Kelsey our office manager is usually the first one in the office and the last to leave. She bought into our method of service hook, line and sinker and we get regular feedback from our customers confirming this.  I could go on and on, but I’m sure the message is clear.  Without our valuable team of employees emulating the values that the business was built on 27 years ago, we would not be successful.  Kudos Glassical Designs Staff!
