At Glassical Designs, we know that choosing and ordering awards can be overwhelming, but we have streamlined our process to make things easier than ever for our customers! Follow these five easy steps to make the ordering process a breeze. If at anytime, you have any questions, our customer service team will be happy to assist you!
1. Place Your Order
- Place your order via email, phone or online.
- When placing your order, include your final award selection, engraving information and black and white vector logo file. We will also need your shipping information for every order.
- Standard lead-time for most awards is 5-7 business days. (For orders under 50 pieces)
- All art glass awards are custom made and the lead-time is approximately three weeks.
- We do our best to accommodate rush orders and do not charge any rush fees. If you’re in a rush, the only additional cost may be to expedite shipping for your order.
2. Review Proofs
- Our graphics team will create a digital proof, with the information and artwork that you provided, for each award layout.
- Typically, you will receive your proofs within 1-2 days of placing your order.
- You will work with the graphics team to finalize all layouts.
- There is no additional cost for the proofs or to make changes.
3. Approve Proofs
- Your awards will not be engraved without receiving your signed proof as approval.
- Once you are happy with the proofs, sign where is says “Approved as Shown” and return to us via email or fax.
- Digital signatures on the proof are also accepted via DocuSign.
- If you have a minor change, please indicate the change on the proof and sign where it says “Approved with Corrections.”
- After your signed proof approvals are received, your awards will be sent to the production department.
- Our highly trained professionals will complete all engraving by hand through a process called sand carving.
- For standard orders, production will take approximately 3 business days.
- All orders are packaged with care to ensure safe delivery.
- Our primary shipping provider is FedEx. All orders can be shipped via Ground or Express.
- We are happy to ship on your FedEx, UPS or DHL account.
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification, which will include the tracking information.
