Job description
You will be part of the Glassical Sales Team that works directly with our wonderful and valued customers to bring their ideal award visions to life! Our environment is fast-paced, ever-changing, and flexible. This position offers a compensation package that includes a competitive wage and benefits. No experience is necessary, on the job training will be provided.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner closely with dedicated sales representative to coordinate and manage all quotes, as well as potential, active and upcoming orders
- Send daily reports and actionable items to sales representative
- Act as the point of contact for all departments to field questions for your sales representative
- Develop sales and pipeline reports for management
- Process orders through accounting software
- Research and price potential product options from vendors for sales representative to offer their clients
- Review all proposals for customer product options to ensure ideas are appropriate using correct vendors and pricing
- Engage with customers to finalize orders or answer basic questions
- Work with vendors to ensure product stock, pricing and turnaround times
You’ll also need to have
- Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with dedicated rep, vendors and other employees
- Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly
- Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day
- Availability to work overtime
- Familiarity with CRM’s and Accounting software (such as Quickbooks or AccountEdge) is a plus

- Assist customers with inquiries via email and phone (not a call center environment, low number of incoming calls daily)
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
- Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding orders, deadlines and product offerings
- Source award options and compile visual quotes for customers’ review
- Perform general administrative tasks

Job Duties: The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of client projects, from initial client consultation through to final delivery, as well as specific internal projects related to company branding, marketing, and strategic growth and company organization. This role requires a blend of project management skills, customer service, and a keen eye for detail.
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget estimates, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget. Schedule or facilitate project meetings. Assign duties or responsibilities to project personnel. Oversee the information gathering for each department step by step processes for the compilation of detailed procedure manuals. Create instructional videos for departmental training purposes.
- Coordination: Coordinate with research and development team, the graphics team, the production team, the shipping team, suppliers and company leadership to ensure all aspects of projects are aligned and progressing smoothly. Coordinate, plan, schedule project activities to meet deadlines.
- Quality Control: Monitor the production process to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained, conducting regular quality checks and addressing any issues promptly.
- Client Consultation: Engage with both internal and external clients to understand their requirements, provide guidance on design options, and set clear expectations for project timelines and deliverables.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients and other stakeholders, to determine project requirements and objectives, provide updates on project status, and address concerns.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them, ensuring a seamless production process.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including design specifications, production notes, and client communications. Create project status presentations for delivery to customers and project personnel.
- Vendor Selection: Identify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs.
- Delivery Management: Monitor project milestones and deliverables. Oversee the final delivery process, ensuring each custom award is packaged securely and delivered on time.
Minimum Education: Master’s degree in Project Management.
Travel Requirement. Travel to between Colorado Springs Office and Panama City Beach Office 50% of the time.
Salary: $83,450.00/year
