Mockups
Once we’ve caught the vision of your future awards program, our designers create virtual mockups for your review. We will work tirelessly to ensure the final result is perfect for you, making changes to our designs based on your feedback.
Approve Design & Place Order
When you’re completely satisfied with our designs, it’s time to place your order. Turnaround time is dependent upon the material used (crystal, glass, acrylic, etc) and can vary between 5-7 business days and 6-8 weeks.
Official Proofs
After the order is placed, you will receive electronic proofs showing personalization information (recipient names, dates) on the awards. This is the time to review them carefully and make any last-minute edits before we begin production.
Production & Shipping
Once you have approved your proofs, we will begin production on your awards! Our skilled production team will make sure everything looks exactly as it should, with no detail overlooked. After the work is done, we will ship the awards out. We are experts in shipping, and we can accommodate most shipping requests, whether we are sending your awards to your office, to your event, or drop shipping directly to your recipients. We will make sure your order gets where it needs to go, and we guarantee that it will arrive on time!
