Customer service skills are an absolute requirement for working at Glassical Designs. We pride ourselves on treating people the way we would like to be treated. Respect, understanding, knowledge and compassion are all important factors in our customer service process.

If you are in need of assistance with possible ideas for crystal or glass awards and are having trouble deciding on exactly what you want, it is our pleasure to compile options and send them over to you. There are many days when the majority of my time is spent simply helping customers decide on an award style for their budget.

Particularly during the first few months in the year there are quite a few "rush" orders that come through. We realize that most people are in a slight state of panic under these short deadlines and we strive to deliver exactly what our customers want within their time-frame. All of us at Glassical Designs work together as a team to get your product out. No matter if you have an order for 1 award or an order of 1,000 awards we are here to assist you in every step of the process. We want you to be a satisfied customer and we truly appreciate your business.
